"Take the salary (they will pay you to study for exams) but start interviewing for your next opportunity the day you go into production. Whether they like you or not, you will be fired before you make it to the end of the program, but not before you've been pressured to bring in all of your friends and family assets."

"There is very little support, particularly from middle to upper management. They hire a lot of advisors, throw them against the wall, and hope that 2 out of 100 stick. There is very little support, career development, or loyalty."

"Throw away the score cards. Hire less people, hire smart people, and stick with them."

"I like the people outside of my team and the access you have to many departments."

"If you have a career path you will have to put it in place yourself. Management doesn't care and won't have your back."
