"I've been working at MoPro for the past 6 months and very much enjoy it. :) The positive attitude of those that work here is contagious. Most of the people at MoPro are definitely what you would call 'upbeat' or 'social butterflies'. The dress code is casual, which is nice because I feel way more comfortable in a pair of nice jeans than in black business slacks. :) There are full medical, dental, optical benefits as well as some life insurance. There are occasional monthly parties in which there is free food. And there are opportunities for growth and promotion. I have also noticed amongst the different departments that there is a general attitude of wanting to help one another. For example, I often hear the DMC's or the Customer Service peeps asking each other for advice on how to handle a client. I love that! The last office I worked in was very competitive and it was awkward/miserable. MoPro is much better than my last company, and I think that is due to their recruiting/hiring process. They look for positive and hard-working people. :)"
