"I worked for Momentum Events for a few years and my experience was ultimately positive. Being able to work remotely was a great draw and the opportunity to take time off when needed was a bonus. However, the direction received from management was unrealistic at best."
"The management has unclear directives and goals constantly change. It's hard to focus on one project to suddenly being asked to urgently take on another. It loses momentum and motivation in finishing those projects. The management doesn't care whether the employees are being overworked or if they are still happy with what they're doing. They only care about their own jobs and not about their employees."
"This place is run by the COO who doesn't like being questioned and wants everything he said followed. It's like a dictatorship in this company. He has anger management issues so nobody ever dares to question him which he takes wrongly as if he's always right. Working here can be suffocating as you don't have even the slightest opportunity to voice out your concerns, opinions, and thoughts. There's just no open communication here."
