"This place is run by the COO who doesn't like being questioned and wants everything he said followed. It's like a dictatorship in this company. He has anger management issues so nobody ever dares to question him which he takes wrongly as if he's always right. Working here can be suffocating as you don't have even the slightest opportunity to voice out your concerns, opinions, and thoughts. There's just no open communication here."
