"I enjoy working at modine but I believe that global management needs to develop tools that will actually help people at the plant level. A lot of the tools currently bring used just feel like busy work and further delay actual improvement. The goals set by upper management can also be counter productive. I enjoy my coworkers but I believe most are under tremendous stress due to the extra work involved in writing reports that don't improve performance from a plant level."
