"Learn what it is that they do there. For some reason they don't make the information readily available, but like to know that you at least researched."

"The training is quick and incomplete, punishments are swift and severe without much thought, and management is far out of step with their employees."

"Make the training systems more complete and give more leeway to employees. Many feel subjugation rather than cooperation when dealing with management."
"The work and position is rewarding, however the supervision is lacking and keeping a positive attitude was difficult at times. Got more positive feedback from production floor workers than supervision. Training and positive feedback about personal enrichment was not very helpful."
