What do you like about working at Mobile Messenger?

"Small company that leans toward corporate views, however keeps their Aussie values at bay.I have really grown with this company in online marketing and technology. My skills in marketing have grown so much."

What don't you like about working at Mobile Messenger?

"The company recently did cut backs in December like other companies. However, the position I was going to be promoted for (Sr. AM) was dissolved. There is no room for growth as promised, and I am the top producing AM."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Compensate your teams, and keep with your corporate values. New management needs training in the industry and as professionals. Our young managers don't have the experience or knowledge of HR and we are lacking that department currently."
