What do you like about working at M-NCPPC?
"I was a Contract worker in this position so I was responsible for my benefits. But other than that, my responsibilities in regards to the project were demanding but worth it. I worked under very harsh weather conditions that required a lot of creativity and good decisions to enable the work to progress well. The subcontractors were amazing and I enjoyed working with their tradesmen, some of whom were English language challenged, but knew their job well, and that was all that mattered."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Just be yourself and be mindful, it is a Government Institution and a lot will be demanded of you."
What don't you like about working at M-NCPPC?
"Responsive to requests outside normal policy, willing to accept flexibility and reasonable with RFIs and Changes."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"None, they were very cooperative in all aspects. But they could have paid a little bonus for a timely completion of the project, given the weather problems encountered"
