"I have worked for American Mistuba Corporation (formerly called CME) for almost 27 years. The company works hard to make sure its Associates have proper training, PPE equipment, and a clean working environment. Mitsuba prefers to promote from within and many people working there have been there for over 15 years (which says something about the company in and of itself). The vacation time is service-based and you accrue vacation time over the course of your first year, however, after your first year, you receive 2 weeks of vacation per year available at the start of the year. There are around 9 paid holidays as well. I say "around 9 paid Holiday's because it can be more, depending on where some of the Holidays fall on the calendar. In the mid-Michigan area, Mitsuba is one of the best places to work."
