What do you like about working at Mitchell & Titus?

"I enjoyed that I interacted and met all of the staff in the various locations because I was the travel coordinator for the five locations.I liked working with the Chairman and Partners of the company and managing the different personalities.I also really enjoyed passing on information to the other administrative assistants through information received from other affiliations where I was a member."

What don't you like about working at Mitchell & Titus?

"It is very difficult to say what I don't like only that perhaps because of my many years with the company I would liked to have worked on bigger projects and maybe it is time for a change of atmosphere."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Mitchell & Titus is a partnership and I think they should be more respectful of each other and also get more involved in community services.Also invest in their administrative staff more through training."
