"Working for MitchelLake was nice. I was hired as a Community Manager and my bonus structure was built around community engagements and events. I was unfortunately hired a bit too early in the companies stage and I decided that I was not being challenged by sourcing resumes all day. I want to do what I am hired and paid for and I will do it to the best of my ability!"
