"I enjoyed the opportunity that was given to me by Mission Essential. I needed something more challenging. The company had a great reputation and I would enjoy coming back to the company if another opportunity came up."

"I don't trust the current leadership on any level. They consistently lie."

"Was a really great company. Former leadership won all their current contracts."

What do you like about working at Mission Essential Personnel?

"There were previously visionaries running this company. They urad tone very well respected and on the upswing. Unfortunately, that was all lost in early 2012 with a huge turnover in the company."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Work for Victoria Secret or Limited. 90% of current leadership all came from the Limited Brands. They have no Defense experience, or government contracting experience. They literally have no idea what they're doing. The less you know about defense/govt the better."

What don't you like about working at Mission Essential Personnel?

"New leadership has no idea what they're doing. Literally they have zero industry experience working in the Government/DoD arena. It's embarrassing for all of the employees who have worked so hard establishing key relationships - those contacts no longer want anything to do with Mission Essential. They don't trust that they're making the right decisions, and how could they"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Go back to hiring industry leaders. Understand that you do not know your market, that you've been unable to win a single piece of new work since the Limited Brand leadership has taken over. You've become a complete joke throughout the industry by hiring former panty pushers (from Victorias Secret) as the head of what used to be a well respected company. It is a shame."

"I like that I have not been laid off like the other half of the company."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"If you are a manager or director here, then this is a great place to be; however, any position below that and you may be happier just moving on."

What don't you like about working at Mission Essential Personnel?

"Layoffs have been frequent and the expectation is more than 50 hours per week if you would like to keep your job. They ar very concerned about the facetime that you put in at the office. Actually getting work done is secondary."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would allow flex time and work from home options."
