"they need to imporve communication skills between the IT team and non IT team"

"The work isn't too bad, and no one bothers me too much."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Don't take the job - chances are you will hate it, unless you're Korean, and then maybe you'll fit in. Expect crap pay and long hours - if you don't like that, then quit now. If they tell you to take the crap pay but it gets better, chances are it doesn't get better. You will either be stuck with the same pay or a tiny increase next year, depending on how much ass you could kiss."
What don't you like about working at Samsung?
"The culture is way too different. People are rude and inconsiderate, and working with some other employees is difficult."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Make employees happier, and have more proactive and caring managers."

"The pride of working for a fine office. The co-workers. Generous holidays."

"For the most part, if you want a real good job here, you need to know someone. Other than that, you can find employment here, just don't expect to become rich."

"A great environment and personal pride do not put food on my children's plates."

"Take better care of your talent and don't be afraid to get rid of people with high salaries and low abilities."

What do you like about working at GEO Group?
"This company had enough faith in me from the get go. From dozens of employees, I was chosen for the job as the most qualified, even though I had not yet attained my bachelor's degree. My boss saw my potential and my drive for perfection."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"This is a great and amazing opportunity if you have the drive to meet the needs of the company. Do not apply if you are extremely sympathetic to inmates. You will be seeing many on a daily basis. Other than that, this is an perfect place to work."
What don't you like about working at GEO Group?
"This was a brand new corrections facility. The obvious thing that I did not enjoy is keeping people locked up behind bars. It's sometimes depressing seeing such potential go to waste."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I don't really have any suggestions. Management did a great job providing everything that could have been provided."

"Working at Center Point was a great and unique experience for me. I loved company culture, my boss and co-workers but the duties and room for improvement was not enough. Still loved the environment there!"
