"I have worked for Miraclesoft since 2018. My manager was located in Novi, MI the company HQ in the US. The company is extremely skilled in all types of integration and all aspects of Digital Transformation are available with expertise. They have a great lab to offer Rapid Innovation Prototyping that proves early the benefits. With 2500 employees (most in India it is challenging when competing with the big guys. They do a great job with training."

"Stay clear because all of this company's economic indicators and actions over the last two years point to them shutting their doors by the end of 2009."

"Absolutely horrifically incompetent, unprofessional, unhelpful and non supportive management, that lacked any previous managerial or sales experience. The company was India and US based and the non Indian Americans (all of mixed cultural and ethic backgrounds) were ignored, unsupported, treated with bias, and were set up to fail."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Remove yourselves and hire true professionals with actually business experience who are qualified and actually committed to doing even the bare minimal requirements of their jobs. Also, to the CEO, stop hiring your friends and family, and put them in positions that you should have qualified people in."
