"I’ve worked for Mint during a time of flux and restructuring for the company. Their emphasis on giving back to the community is very commendable. However, they were not as concerned for the patients and their staff. The specialty program there was very haphazard with many people stepping outside their areas of expertise. This would lead to a lot of deficiencies which would trickle down to the patients in a negative way."
