"Be confident, be flexible and friendly. Its a very casual atmosphere, but they are very professional."

What don't you like about working at Minitab?

"The only thing I disliked was a reorg that caused my job description to change in directions I wasn't interested in."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I enjoyed working with management. I felt comfortable talking with anyone I felt the need to get results. I would suggest staying open to your employees, and maintaining the flat leadership style."
