"The attitude at Milwalee is Can Do, and always proved to be true. We underwent total transformation from straight line manufacturing to cellular, dismantled the warehouse and went to JIT/KAN BAN, and material delivered to POU. I was trained in all areas of this transformation and also wrote the manual and trained the other Madter Schedulers."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"If you can get on at one of the remaing production facilities in the US, just stay abreast of the company objective to make sure the facility will not be moving to China."

"I left Milwaukee to move to a bigger city for better opportunity for my daughter. I cannot think of one thing that is negative about Milwaukee Tool."
