I believe many will learn from both wins and errors in judgement and decision making during the transition. Confront, correct and adjust quickly instead of falling back on what it is now.

2.4 I would not restructure my company everytime my numbers went down. I would keep good employees with proven track records rather than hire college graduates. I would have less meetings and communicate better.

4.3 Great people and clear expectations for delivering results. Huge amount of resources are available to those who seek them out, you are responsible for going beyond your own training. Good benefits, biggest downside is constant layoffs and "restructures," which means a lot of lateral moves that hamper career development, not helped by stifling time requirements in each role.
