What don't you like about working at Millennium Pharmacy Systems?
"It was very stressful when I worked there 3 years ago. Adequate training for my position was not provided. I could have benefited tremendously from the same training provided to the MSLs for my position as medical writiing manager. One of my coworkers was a bit of a bully and made for a really uncomfortable working atmosphere. The physical work environment was also pretty awful. I have a Ph.D. and had to work in a small dark cubicle. It wasn't a very good environment for the job or for me."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Make sure employees treat each other respectfully. Make sure people are provided with proper training for their positions and provide managers with better people skills training."
