"Milbank Is a run of the mill facility filled with drama! Everyone is the boss. The union makes this place messed up There have been multiple plant shut downs because of workers calling in making threats! The meters they build are dangerous and I would not approach them without caution! An overweight lead person kept calling me little girl, and pushed me one time. This is a hard place to work for filled with drama. If you think you can handle this, I suggest you take some high milligram drugs in your purse."
