Midwestern Mud Employee

"I’ve worked for Midwestern Mud since June of 2019. Salary based pay for all employees is a joke. No direction. The manager disappears for days at a time. The assistant manager does all the work and the manager gets the glory. Pay is nowhere near competitive for the region or area."
