"Accessible management. Highly qualified co-workers. Nice facilities. Seems to care more about adjuncts than the normal college."

"The people I had worked with are very real and normal. Be honest, candid and show interest in the mission of a community college."

What don't you like about working at Middlesex County College?

"Almost no chance to obtain full-time employment. The department I was in had 22 adjuncts and 5 full-time instructors."

"Value your adjuncts. They bring excellent world experience for a very cheep price."
