Midboro Management Employee

"Midboro management, now first service residential, has been challenging to work for. Apart from the very difficult split shift schedule in which I am not given two days off in a row and have to work day shifts, overnight shifts in the middle of the week, and evening shifts on the weekends, The management has been atrocious. I’m still waiting on a uniform that I was measured for almost a year ago, I have to pay to drink water from the water fountain, and I generally feel that management is very disengaged from the needs of its workers which is shown to me by criminal levels of understaffing resulting in mandatory 16 hour overtime shifts and blame shifted on the employees from managements due to the higher-ups own incompetence. I have been made to feel like a second-class citizen, I’ve never felt more disrespected by a boss. Still, I’m grateful to even have the job but I am very much looking to get out of it."
