Mid-Atlantic Youth Services Employee

"I spent six months at the facility. It was great working with the kids and some staff members. Things could definitely be improved as far as policies and procedures go. Overall, I had a decent experience despite the lack of diversity and diverse thinking associated with the facility and its members. Offers benefits and great PTO."
