"Contact former employees and there are a lot of them. Get their insight before committing. The CEO is micromanagerial so regardless of what level you are brought in at, you can expect him to be hands on with your position regardless of whether he has any expertise in your area."

What don't you like about working at Microwave Networks?

"CEO was internationa with limited US experience. Lacked the ability to motivate his team with anything other than threats and his use and understanding of the English language was terrible."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Hire a senior manager go between the senior manager and the CEO who is neither performing well nor well liked."
