MicroThermics Employee

"I've worked for MicroThermics for much of my career. While they are a small company, they offer the benefits found at much larger organizations. I have had the chance to learn and grow, and use my own expertise to make help grow this company. The management team works well to support not just the company but their individual staffs as well. The Senior management/Owners also work to support the employees even when there are problems with the economy."
