"I liked the camaraderie and teamwork in my department while working there, my supervisor is one of the few rare ones, very impartial and straightforward in his approach to leading."

"Too much pigeon-holing and subtle looking down on is rife for employees at the operator level, funny thing is most of the operators from a a diversified background hold 1st and 2nd degrees and should be given room to grow."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Have reviews with your employees. Give them room to grow. Let them also assess their supervisors and team leads as well. We're all human after all."

"You needed to spend your personal time training for the better positions and then there was no guarantee that your current supervisor would let you transfer."
