"Just the location. The reason I am trying to relocate myself is to get close to my family in California."

"Micron management has done excellent job in last 3 years. My suggestion is to continue the same trend, set team members goals to contribute on all aspects of company goals, and keep to motivate individuals by educating them."

"Being a successful problem solver. Moving back into a sales role the past year provided me with additional challenges and learning. Is it bad if I say... most people, it was an interesting variety of people but I did manage to get along with all and enjoyed the atmosphere."

"Listen to what you are being offered, write the information down and who spoke of it. Before accepting, see the offer fully in writing... and get a fully signed copy on day of hire."

"The management structure. Individuals in positions that they were not capable of their duties but remaining in the position because of middle management. I am probably being a little too forward here!"

"Focus on a solution to the problem, it may not always be as it appears. Listen carefully to what middle management is saying and you will realize the problem."

"Too much pigeon-holing and subtle looking down on is rife for employees at the operator level, funny thing is most of the operators from a a diversified background hold 1st and 2nd degrees and should be given room to grow."

"Have reviews with your employees. Give them room to grow. Let them also assess their supervisors and team leads as well. We're all human after all."
