"Just the location. The reason I am trying to relocate myself is to get close to my family in California."

"Micron management has done excellent job in last 3 years. My suggestion is to continue the same trend, set team members goals to contribute on all aspects of company goals, and keep to motivate individuals by educating them."

"Too much pigeon-holing and subtle looking down on is rife for employees at the operator level, funny thing is most of the operators from a a diversified background hold 1st and 2nd degrees and should be given room to grow."

"Have reviews with your employees. Give them room to grow. Let them also assess their supervisors and team leads as well. We're all human after all."
