"I had a great supervisor, Josh Johnston. My fellow technicians were also great to work with. I do enjoy performing equipment engineering functions, I did experience job satisfaction."

"No opportunity for any advancement. No reward for doing good work."

"For the first 5 years, it was great. I was learning a lot, and had the opportunities to cross train into other fields. Then management changes pigeon holed me, limited my opportunities, and even kept me from transferring to other groups."

"Due to the volatility of the semiconductor industry, I would interview for this company as a temporary job. It is a good place to gain some experience, and when the market conditions are good, the educational benefits are great, if your shift allows you time to go back to school, and maintain a home life."

"How people were chosen for promotions, and how people were chosen to be hired."

"Stop the micro-management, and the good ol' boy mentality."
