"I enjoyed the challenge of providing quality community care while ensuring sufficient bottom line to maintain fair wages for the staff."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"The company was sold in 2008, so this is really not applicable. However, in the event it were still operational and I still the Executive Director, and from a highly biased perspective, the tip would be that the company management is very fair, run the company very well, making this a great group for which to work."

What don't you like about working at Michigan Elder Care?

"Being on call 24/7/365. While this task was often delegated, my responsibilities did function on a 9-5 schedule."

"The Home Health Care market in Michigan is unregulated, leaving it open to extreme competition. To capitalize on the market, find a niche that nobody else is offering."
