"I don't like the fact that my store location and management are unprofessional. The managment at my location are not reliable and has alot of room for improvemnt."

"Listen to your asssociates and show as much care for them as much as you do for the customers."

"Mostly the things I like about Michaels are my fellow employees, at least some of them. The one main thing that keeps the job bearable is the reaction to a satisfied customer, as I usually am the person who has designed their framed art for them it gives me a little warm fuzzy feeling if they truly love how it turned out."

"Pretty much everything else I didn't mention above. Long list I don't care to get into. Policy, upper management and Corporate to skim the surface."

"Do every job before you try and tell people how to do their job. If you haven't done the job don't assume you actually know how. If you middle managers say they need something to make something work, try and listen."
