"Definitely up to you as an individual to make the best of any situation you are in. It's just kind of difficult to make lemonade without any lemons."

"Depends on the immediate manager and their style of managing. The culture and morale has taken a significant dive this past year (two rounds of layoffs)."

"I would give the employees a reason to care again."

"The company is in serious financial trouble. Unless they get a large cash infusion, its best to stay away."

"Pay was low. There was often an intense pressure to get things done, but that is expected"

"Reward employees more. Also, do a better job of communicating what is going on"

"Be prepared to be shocked at how things work at this company. It's confusing."

What don't you like about working at MiaSolé?

"No room for growth. No motivation to work harder because even if you worked hard, higher positions will be given to outside hires rather than promotions from within. Not much direction from upper management."

"Open more information to lower level employees to make them feel involved within the company. Give employee reviews to let them know what they need to work on and what they are doing well on."
