"I have been in Miasole in 2014 and it has been a great experience working in the manufacturing domain. The company's goal to make an impact in the energy sector is very encouraging. While the company's goals are very great, the poor management has made it a poor performer in the market very frequently. While there a great supervisors and leaders in the company, some of the key personnels in the leadership team make the work culture difficult."
