What do you like about working at Miami Dade College?

"Miami-Dade College is a good place for working when you have friends in the top (e.g. Deans, chairpersons, etc). What like me The only think that I liked was my former co-workers, some of them."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"The only tip, if you have a friend you can get a job; otherwise, it is impossible. If you have a Dean you have a secure job for ever or while a Dean still in the work."

What don't you like about working at Miami Dade College?

"I dislike the not seniority application for salary, degree, time, etc. You treated as a person who has no degree (ignorant). The treatment as professional has not good, they have never considered a professional. I tried to work as faculty, and they have never given the opportunity."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"None, because the friendship in the work is priority, otherwise; you will be laid off."
