"Stay away from this company - starve rather than work for them. Long work hours, unreasonable work expectations and unethical behavior. They urged staff to cut corners in order to complete work. Nonexistent training and frequent statement of "figure it out" or "we will just replace you." Staff often work 50+ hour work weeks with no chance of advancement. Poorly trained managerial staff that blame employees instead of trying to help. Over the last three years the Fresno Conrep has had 13 employees leave - most walked out, 8 in the last year. The director has an "I don't care" attitude and will write staff up within their first month working here. There is no supervision for licensure. They often lie about the workload and training during the interviews. They have such a bad reputation in the area often only one or two applicants apply. Upper management does not support staff... only cares about the bottom-line. This is a high-stress work environment that is hostile and demeaning to highly educated hard-working staff."

"This company's Maryland regional operations are pathetic. MHM Services cannot adequately staff their Baltimore and Jessup contracts, due to a generally hostile work environment and business culture, lack of leadership and direction, and emphasis on minimizing costs and maximizing profits over patient care and treatment outcome. Currently, the entire staff of Mental Health Professionals at Jessup is vacant, and both the Director of Psychology and Clinical Supervisor resigned. Last Fall/Winter, the entire day shift at the Baltimore contract also resigned. MHM Services is the worst company I've ever worked for. I'm surprised that the Maryland Department of Corrections continues to contract services with MHM."
