What don't you like about working at MGM Resorts?

"There is no accountability or recognition, terrible management, and lack of communication. They do not work hard to retain talented people. Office politics run rampant! Executives have no idea what is going on in lower levels and only care about the bottom line. We lose a lot of talented people due to the lack of recognition and compensation."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Provide a better vacation program and pay according to experience and education, not just job/position title."
