What do you like about working at mFino?
"I like the concept of Mobile money and how people can do their banking, pay bills, receive vouchers etc from the touch of a button on their mobile where they do not have to waste their valuable time standing in que's and waiting for service. We have prepared use cases to the average household too, which was very exciting."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"When interviewing try to get the best. Its ok, even if they do not know the answer or they can't do the job, but a Can do attitude is a must."
What don't you like about working at mFino?
"I love to work where ever I am. The only drawback for me is to leave my family for complete 2 yrs to go oversea."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Our CEO is the best where I worked with him, hand-on-hand. He has great ideas to keep the business revolving and taking it to soaring heights. But need to have a very good sales team to sell business and get more customers."
