"I've worked for Meyer DIstributing for the last ~3 years as a Software Developer. The work environment is top notch and I haven't had a single problem working alongside of my co-workers. The only downside to working in IT for Meyer Distributing is the lack of management. If you cannot manage your own projects this will not be the job for you."

"At this point, just don't. LOL! This confrontational and abusive form of managment is never 'fun' to work for and doesn't bode well for the longevity of the company itself. You'll find more stability and better working conditions somewhere else."
What don't you like about working at Meyer Distributing?
"There was a change in management philosophy from a collaborative team effort to a more confrontational and deceptive style of management. I'm all about teamwork so this didn't fly well with me."

"Your employees are not your enemies. If you believe in them (and treat them respectfully), they will share your vision and help you to grow your company."
