"The company is a viable employment opportunity. There is not much opportunity for growth or development. There is a considerable effort being undertaken by HR to overhaul the company turnover rate but there is a lot of resistance by management. There is a good co-op program that helps students learn valuable skills and gain experience."

"My boss did not stand up for me when he needed to. They have a do anything to please the customer attitude, even if it meant trampling down their employees."

"Treat your workers as you wish to be treated. It is better to motivate with kindness than fear."

"Job Security. The work load is constantly coming in and there is no sight of it slowing down in the near future."

"don't take the job. If you want the job be willing to learn, or teach yourself."

"Everything else. Management is terrible. There is no training. Traveling will last longer than the 2 weeks promised."

"treat everyone as an equal. Train new employees. Get rid of SAP!"

"Make sure you are willing to spend long, long durations of stay away from your home. This position requires you to have little life outside of work. The rewards are great if this position is for you."

"incredibly over-extended lengths of travel. The jobs could easily make for stays well over a year at a time. This was not for me as I wanted to start a family and now I have one!!"
