Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be yourself, and be up for the challange. Best place for new graduates to start and get the world wide experience a Level 1 Trauma Hospital. They will and see everything within the first 6 months of hire. And that is a guarantee!"

What don't you like about working at MetroHealth System?

"I was never home, my job was under union contract. I was continously mandated for shifts and double back to mandated shifts. I lost two pregnancy in the mist of those conditions. Reason why I left."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Hire more reliable staff, that would show up to work when scheduled."
