What don't you like about working at Methodist Hospital?

"They employ a company called Hartford to maintain there FMLA leave status. They are unwilling to work with people, phone calls were not returned from employee health. You are unable to verify your year to date hours to make sure you comply with regulations, that is until it is to late. Medical LOA's can turn into intermittent FMLA, 2 months after the leave. Each absence is counted if you are sick for 2 days in a row that's 2 absences and they expect a less than 3% absence rate. Noted nothing was said from 1/12 until 3/1, then my medical LOA was told I was less than 1250 hours in a calendar year. But we have no way of knowing how many hours we have. If you have any medical problems you are a target and Hartford assists Methodist in getting rid of employees."
