"I enjoyed the opportunity to learn various things about how the centrifugal casting process functioned; I also enjoyed the technical projects I participated in, especially when there was a clear resolution; I enjoyed learning about alloy development and failure analysis"

"I did not like the lack of technical support and training; I felt like my skills were not leveraged nor developed to the fullest extent."

"The company should hire a foundry manager with a strong metallurgical/manufacturing background to set the foundry in order while providing a strong metallurgical backbone to the organization"
