"I like the business, training and multitasking of being a dispatcher. I did extremely well under high stress situtations."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Don't go into it viewing it as a permanent source of employement, but rather a good work and learning experience."

What don't you like about working at Mesa Community College?

"I was very quickly topped out in pay due to being labeled a 'student worker'. I had to work all holidays without any compensation or increase in pay and received no benefits, vacation, etc. There was no room for advancement beyond training new employees."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"None. Due to the nature of the department/organization, Mesa Community College has a high turnover rate and is best suited for employees labeled student workers."

"Do it only if you have insurance with someone else or if you are not prone to injury or sickness. It was great for me because I was pretty healthy."

"No medical, dental, or vision plan of any kind. No medical benefits whatsoever."
