Senior Sales Manager

"I have worked with Merlin since November 2018. The organization has experienced hyper-growth over the past year and working for a start-up tech company may not be for everyone. As the company continues to grow, the constant change for some employees can be difficult. The culture is one of inclusion and family orientated. The organization is open to feedback and allows its employees to have a voice and make contributions to what you believe it should be."

"This company is now defunct. At the time there were 3 web developers, which means there were 6 or more projects in development. The developers were required to wear pagers in case the site went down. There had to be at least one developer on site at all times during business hours. That ruled out any team lunch."
