Meriter Health Services Employee

"This is a very special organization. They look out for the employees and their families as much as they care about the patients. My current supervisor is the best person to work for and would hate to leave him. The compensation could be much better and job satisfaction does need some help. I would like more opportunities to move up, but they are not available"
