"I set my own hours because I worked in the international department. I made all business decisions and had the ability to adjust pricing as needed for different clients."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Let their employees express themselves without treating them as they were in first grade elementary. Telling them when they could use the restrooms is one example. They should follow perhaps more the the MS work ethics."

"It's a different company then when I was there. Not sure what its primary business is anymore."

"Too far from home. At the time I commuted 2 hrs everyday to and 2 hrs back from work."

"Good job on taking care of the troops, but need to pay attention to the competitors and what the market is doing."

"Metric centered company - you need to hit phone stats regarless of the amount of money you bring in."

"It is a true call center company."

"The obsession on phone statistics. If I am at 180% to goal, please cut someone a little slack on the phone stats."

"When looking into a deal look at the whole picture. This includes labor and shipping costs as well as product margin."

"Promotinal opportunity is great! They allowed for all sorts of opportunities and allowed for special groups to excel."

"They are out of business at this time."

"They had filed for chapter 7 and were in the process of liquidating there assests. I was there until the final group of personel was laid off!"

"My recollections where that we had a great management team. And they were very good to the rank and file!"
