"Ask them up front if they'll give you a warning before they release you."

What don't you like about working at Merial?

"No feedback on performance. You have to assume you do a good job.The manager provided no feedback and did not respond to an email when I inquired about my performance. She also knew I left a full time job.Now I have no income and no prospects. She is a very poor manager"

"Let employees know as soon as possible if you don't think they are performing well."
