"No feedback on performance. You have to assume you do a good job.The manager provided no feedback and did not respond to an email when I inquired about my performance. She also knew I left a full time job.Now I have no income and no prospects. She is a very poor manager"

"Let employees know as soon as possible if you don't think they are performing well."

"I like the day to day interaction with the employees and the large workload, I work better under pressure and faced paced work environments"

"Be honest, and patient. The company is in the middle of a merger so there is a lot of position change happening."

"I dislike that I am a contract employee and that there are few opportunities for growth and development"

"I would suggest they should offer more growth opportunities and supply more resources in order to efficiently complete tasks"

"The company was being bought out at the time and there was unstability. The products had great potential here in NC."
