"A great family oriented company that really values their workers."

"Just be yourself. The interview process is pretty strenuous, but stick with it, this is a great growing company to work for!"
What don't you like about working at BASYS Processing?
"I don't really have a great answer for this one."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Never lose sight of your employees. You do a great job of listening to and addressing concerns, keep it up!"
What do you like about working at InComm?
"My favorirte part of each day is when I get to leave that hell hole. The manager's previous jobs must have been street walkers. The managers have a total and complete lack of competencey and the high turnover rate at the company will drive it out of business the moment any viable competition arrives in the marketplace."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Run for your life. This job will kill you slowly and painfully"
What don't you like about working at InComm?
"The managers treat you like a prisioner. I believe they are going to start forcing us to wear ankle bracelets that monitor our every move which would still be better than the shock collars they were going to use"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Fire all the current managers and replace them immediately. Anyone could do a better job than the current management team. Infact I believe most primates would do a better job than the current management team"

"It offers wonderful benefits and I can be active all day"

"Be personable! Charisma ranks very highly. Also, don't be afraid of doing physical work."
What don't you like about working at Trader Joe's?
"Unless you aspire to run a store, it feels a little stagnant after too many years."

"I'm Not sure, I can't see thing from his perspective."

"Lack of direction in the management team, directives changing rapidly and without reason."

"I would allow the crew to perform on their own merit, and stop the favoritism"

"our management team is inconsistent setting rules/standards/expectations and is also inconsistent enforcing them"

"Decisions are made up high by people who have little perspective of how practical it is on the store level"
