"Big brother is ALWAYS WATCHING, stats must meet quota!! They're always talking about stats, I hate being constantly monitored like some lab rat!"

"Not have every entry-level people start in the call canter, that place is a death trap."

"Understand what you are getting into before hand. While the benefits are great, the competition all offer better pay and utilize better tools (we still run XP and Office 2003). At the end of the day it's a job for college grads that are struggling to find jobs right now."

"No work/life balance, which is made worse by the below industry level pay. Overbearing clients that make any attempt at a day to day schedule impossible to maintain. Majority of staff are right out of school and only with the company because of the economy, which means most don't care about their work at all."

"I liked the work itself. I loved the problem solving and technical aspects of the job. I enjoyed working with such a large team of people from whom to learn the ropes. Mercer was a relatively flexible company in terms of hours and corporate culture."

"The salary was meager compared to other consulting firms in the Seattle area doing the same work."

"Offer better compensation and benefits packages, even if it is at the cost of the expensed happy hours and other office festivities. Those are fun in the beginning for new hires, but for people who need to start building their futures, proper compensation is more important."
